Unfortunately, I was not here when the system was in place and the person that was, is no longer here. I am missing manuals and white papers for everything, including this sytem. No luck on "Googling" Alternate Attendant, either.
I need to set up an "Attendant Set" for 1 extension. (When the caller is in that persons vm and zero out, it goes to the specified extension and not the main receptionist.)
