smtpd - possible to check "rcpt to" for valid adress?

smtpd - possible to check "rcpt to" for valid adress?
Hi, ist there any chance to get smtpd to check for valid rcpt to adress, not only for valid domain? Problem is: I get many many mails to not existing email adresses witch ar all passed by smtpd because the domain part of the adresses is valid. This causes heavy cpu load from scanning them...- miessjue
