Serve abend- problem executing code in BSDSOCK.NLM

I can see the devices. Some one suggested me to 'Power OFF and On the tape enclosure and then restart the server. I did the same and that issue got resolved. But after that it is giving me another error: E6131 TAPESVR.NLM'S loading sequence has been interrupted due to fatal error..- sajikm
