Unique Entries
You have to create an identifier for those attribute you want to be unique. Each table should have at least 1 identifier which is the PK but can also have others on different columns which creates a unique constraint when the physical model is generated.- rbarlow55

Solidify Data Model
I've figured this out... In the PDM... when you generate the database you have to check the option "Automatic archive" which then saves a .apm file which holds all of the schema information. Now after any alterations, instead of re-generating the entire database, go to Database->Modify...- rbarlow55
