Hello! I am working with Arcserve 11.1. Some of my backup jobs fail with error "3855 unable to position media". Can somebody help. Thanks- alainTanoh

Arcserve E3719 unable to write to media, cartridge not in place
Hello! I have some problems with Arcserve 11.0. Some jobs execute clean without problem while other jobs finish with error E3719 "unable to write to media, cartridge not in place" Can anyone help! Thanks- alainTanoh
