Wordperfect 9 and Stamps.com "phantom"
Ha, I'd forgotten about this, and since I've written a few reviews/caveats about stamps.com. You have to download a "clean" uninstaller from a hidden URL that tech support will give you if you ask for it. I'm still running the computer this exact same way: stamps.com stumped their entire tech...- acosby

You said some of the computers are on a network? This is a shot in the dark without any more information, but are the files that are being edited shared among users? Are the files marked as read-only, and do the users have read/write permissions on the files? Again, sorry for the vagueness...- acosby

Mobile User VPN and SBS2003
I recently changed our office over to SBS2003 from Server2000, things have been pretty decent, but it's come to my attention today that the Mobile User VPN is no longer connecting properly. It connects, but does not communicate with the server. Any ideas? It's a Watchguard Mobile User VPN 7.3...- acosby
