I agree, however, we are not administrators of the mail server and getting through the red tape of having the rules set up is more hassle than it's worth. Would be easier from our standpoint to just have a running e-mail client forwarding them.
I need to be able to have an e-mail client that runs as a Windows system service so e-mail forwarding can occur even when the Windows user account is logged out. Does anyone know of a e-mail client capable of doing this?

The only documents I can find on this are that you can use Front Page 2003 to modify where the Quick Links point. I do not have/want Front Page. Does anyone have any suggestions for a way around this?
Sorry, I was speaking of the "Documents" in the Quick Launch bar on the left. We are using SharePoint 2.0. When I go to site settings I don't see a Look and Feel option. Is this not available or listed as something else in SP 2.0?
