Terminal Server Clustered or NLB?
I don't think your NLB is set up correctly. Use the Network Load Balance Manager to check if the NLB is set up. The servers should work in a round robin way. You could also set up your switches to route the traffic to the NLB in a round robin.- KravChak

Not deleting folders, but files inside it in Windows 2003 Server
Give them MODIFY access and NOT FULL access, that should allow them to do everything you need. Do some testing before deploying. [hourglass]- KravChak
