    Email Atachment problem

    I have just recently moved from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2000. One of the problems I have with Exchange is, that some users receive attachments within Outlook in the form of a hyperlink, eg, <<spreadsheet.xls>> Any help would be appreciated. James
