    I worked as an EDP auditor for awhile, and have seen the blessings of good documentation and the curse of bad documentation. Documentation for an application will indicate what each module should do, what inputs and outputs are expected, what error trapping routines should be in place, etc...

    Is there an available modem that can be loaded with phone numbers so only calls from specified numbers will be answered? This would much easier than implementing a call-back system. I've heard that these modems exist, but I haven't been able to find one.
