    No errors as far I as i was told. I can't work on the computer till this evening but will look into all the things you suggested. Hopefully it will be one of those - not that I'm expert on ACT! Thanks a lot for the moment. Olga

    We can do 'mail merge' and create an email or word document with info from ACT but once the email or word doc are finished and you clikc 'finish' button for the docs. to be created nothing happens. It's using outlook to send emails. I don't actually work on the computer but just now thinking...

    Hi, We are using ACT! Professional 8. It's working fine on all computer but one computer won't do email. You can mailmerge things but once you click the finish button nothing happens. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you! Olga
