    cisco vs. avaya vs. siemens

    I have heard that Siemens has some problems with their 4000 product and IP. That said, they have come out with a 8000 product that is a soft switch that seems to be good and easy to manage.

    Don't forget about the Samsung product. It can do TDM/VOIP, IP networking to your 5 sites. Their IP phones work very good and are pleasing to look at. Use Adtran products (Cisco language)and the Samsung for a reasonable price for an installation and support after.
