Tony, One more thing that I should mention is that I don't get the MAPI error if MS Outlook is closed. It brings up the email and allows me to send it. It then sits in my outbox until I open Outlook. It has something to do with Outlook running. Very weird. Mark

Tony, Thank You for your help. I also tried renaming the mapi32.dll to mapi32.old and used the fixmapi.exe under the sys32 directory and that didn't work either. I may open a incident with Microsoft to get this resolved before we upgrade 150 more users. Thanks again, Mark
