    Creating PDF or other open documents

    Hello, I would like to be able to send via email merged documents. Act does not seem to allow me to save the merged documents as PDF's or some other universal format. The recipients can't open the ACT docs. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks so much, Sarah
