I have a 3550 switch connected as well... so i plug the AP to the Power/Data port on the PowerDsine and the Data port on the PowerDsine to the 3550 switch and nothing happens... This switch is in production, that will be one reason why I cannot restart the switch. The main indication is that the switch was getting the fiber feed on gig0/2 and working fine, until two days ago when no link was seen... I configure gig0/1 and swapped the fiber to that port and boom switch...

i installed WSUS on 5 domain controllers at different sites. the idea is that the main site will have the WSUS that will be downloading the updates. the other 4 domain controllers will pull the updates from that domain controller and those 4 domain controllers will be managing their own sites...

Hey guys, I have a little problem, I just upgraded my domain controllers from Win2000 to win2003. When the process was done, I guess one of the other techs did not demote one domain controller properly and now under the authorized dhcp servers I have two domain controllers which are not promoted...

The DHCP won't authorize, even though it appears on the authorized servers. It still shows red and not authorized on the MMC. Right-clicking the server in the MMC would only allow you to Unauthorize. I have restarted the DHCP service and no luck. I did see another server on the authorized list...
