    *22 is for enabling call forwarding #22 disables After further investigation I don't thing you can do what I was trying to accomplish by using a vector. *2 etc is DTMF and I do not think that is supported at this time in 3.1.2. Not sure about 4x or 5x versions.

    If agent logs in AutoIn and then is put into ACW the Avaya setting for "Forced Logout" at the agent level does not work. If you take the agent out of Genesys CME, the setting works.     Displaying VDN Names on phones

    I am looking for a way to display the attributes of the VDN that is assigned to particular types of calls. Currently the ANI is what is displayed. I really would like to have both ANI and VDN attributes displayed. I wil take the VDN info over ANI. Thanks in advance.
