A order was place for 4 new T1s as follows:
1st 23B+1D
2nd 23B+1D
3rd 24B
4th 24B
I created a signaling group as follows:
SIGNALING GROUP
Group Number: 10 Group Type: isdn-pri
Associated Signaling? n Max number of NCA TSC: 0...
The routes between the two are established.
I am looking for other steps necessary to implement.
Added IP-Network regions and mapping.
Adjusted dialplan but still getting dial event.
*22 is for enabling call forwarding
#22 disables
After further investigation I don't thing you can do what I was trying to accomplish by using a vector. *2 etc is DTMF and I do not think that is supported at this time in 3.1.2. Not sure about 4x or 5x versions.
I know how to do this the standard way of remote-access and coverage-forwarding, etc.
I am also associating a DID which can be dialed from a remote location and utilze the vector below:
01 wait-time 1 secs hearing silence
02 collect 4 digits after announcement 2583 for none
03...
I did not want to use the ARS to do this. I am just trying to figure out how to create a AAR access code and that will only utilize trunk group 5 when that code is entered before the 1-512-xxx-xxxx is dialed.
Thanks
I have created a new trunk group for which I only want certain calls go go out. How can I marry this trunk group to my AAR dial access code?
I do not/cannot use a TAC.
Thanks
I have a very simple vector that is as such:
adjunct routing link 1
wait-time 10 secs hearing music
announcement 2202
goto step 3 if unconditionally
If the agent answers before the call reaches the announcement step then they get the attributes of the vdn/route point or name of vdn...
What is the command to change the names associated with an extension.
It is correct if you do a dis sta xxxx, but shows up incorrectly at the attendant console.
Thks
If agent logs in AutoIn and then is put into ACW the Avaya setting for "Forced Logout" at the agent level does not work. If you take the agent out of Genesys CME, the setting works.
If agent logs in ManualIn and then is put into ACW the Avaya setting for "Forced Logout" does work??
Problem is...
I am looking for a way to display the attributes of the VDN that is assigned to particular types of calls. Currently the ANI is what is displayed. I really would like to have both ANI and VDN attributes displayed. I wil take the VDN info over ANI.
Thanks in advance.
