if there is a way to completely wipe out a BCM and Call Pilot data base? I know the system restart will wipe out the data base in the BCM, but it does not delete any call pilot (VM, auto attendant) or accumulated CDR information. Is there a way to do that either by us or by vendor / Nortel

Can anybody tell me how to change the market profile on bcm50 r6. Trunks are locked up on the expansion module after upgrade from r2 stating enabling..... not enabled. I'm in the element manager unable to find it. alarm 37
