    if there is a way to completely wipe out a BCM and Call Pilot data base? I know the system restart will wipe out the data base in the BCM, but it does not delete any call pilot (VM, auto attendant) or accumulated CDR information. Is there a way to do that either by us or by vendor / Nortel

    Hello everybody i'm losing my hair over this ned HELPPPPPP My Customer has 3 BCM50’s SYSTEM 1 - Was a BCM50 R2 and was upgraded to R6 on 12/19/11. From that time to present we have not been able to Enable Lines 73 – 76 in expansion 1 or Lines 103 – 106 in expansion 2. State is “Enabling”...
