Help required with creating a vector sun
Just wondering if anyone could assist me with tips on creating a 'vector' sunlight effect, like shown here: http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-2818254.html I know how to do something similar in PS using brushes , but i'm wanting something that can be resizable. Thanks in advance Destructor- destructor
