yeah 100% packet loss... thing is they connected my laptop up to the network via ethernet cable and it worked AND they also connected it via 56k modem and it also worked... very frustrating, i was hoping to get the work done by tuesday but i guess ill have to wait and talk to IT huh?- megzzz

The regular login states: "Connection failed! Secure TCP/IP may not be available on this machine/port." Hi, The company I work for has put Pronto, a program we use, on my laptop so that i can do some data input. They have also installed SonicWall Global VPN client.
