    Background Image in a form."Flicker efect?:("

    Hi all! I´ve a form with several text boxes with informations. I´ve put a background image to the form. The problem is when I put the mouse point over the form the background starts to "flicker" wich is very annoying :( Can anyone help? Thanks ;)
