Phantom setup on Guestworks 500
I have a site with a GW500 that has an extension set up to forward to an 800 number. The station appears to be a phantom as the port is just X. I can't figure out how it's forwarding to that number-- I need to change it. I'm a Nortel guy just getting into Avaya. I've looked at appreviated...- ophidia

Disabling park system wide
Hey all, Is there a way to disable the "park" function in the switch, globally? I know that you can remove the key from the phones easily enough, but if we want it disabled for the whole enterprise (about 600 phones) that's excessively labor intensive. Any ideas? Thanks!- ophidia
