    We are using different windows login, but the profile that you can save on the phone only saves the stuff that is within the settp at the ings tabs not the node or TN that comes up at the very beginning. Do you know what I mean?

    The profil.e only keeps the settings within the settings menu. When you make changes to any feature or function, the changes affect only the current profile. I need it to configure the TN when first use the softphone for each user to have the same. Thanks.
