Could someone please give me an example of a simple procedure in which 2 tables have a union join and all records retrieved.

What am I missing? I am linking from one table to two others using the same field. The section on how to handle linking two files from the one file is greyed out! I need to look up one table then the next, it won't allow me to do this!
