TDS514 errors on mids

TDS514 & TDS101 in mid routines, Nortel says bad clock controller cable...any confirmation on this error and solution? tests results ok on all DTR's, OPT81C Rls 20. Gracias!!!!- loganzo

having issues, I have the folder to dump to being shared, but still get "ACCESS DENIED", do you only share the folder to dump to and use the c$ on the destination folder or on the c: drive....- loganzo
