When we make a conference call with one external and one internal the quality of voice is fine, but if we add an additional external we get degraded voice quality (echo) with all lines on conference. We are using analog lines on a BCM 400 4.0.
Our vendor said this is 'just a sympton of anlog'...

We were waiting for Nortel's patch on this but it still has not come out. We will perform the Hard drive replacement this weekend and rebuild the system from scratch.
