The issue was resolved by changing the account which the Sentinel process runs under; to one which has a default printer. The resulting file is generated with the 'No Printer' flag un-checked.
Forgot to mention... In CINFO, the Reports are created to Disk. These reports are displayed using user entered parameters and an ActiveX control. Our hope is to also be able to print these reports.
I heard rumors it worked before, but now we go into the report and remove the 'No Printer' flag.
Using Crystal Reports 5.0, I created reports with the default printer set. Scheduled reports thru CINFO 5.0 using account with a default printer. Reports are generated, but the 'No Printer' option is always set, so I can't print. I would appreciate any help regarding this issue.
