    Phaser 6200 Toner Issue

    Have 2 Phaser 6200s. Both of them seem to not detect the toner correctly. Put a brand new Cyan in and it said it was out of toner almost immediately. I've checked the area around the seating and everything looks ok. What other things can I try? It happens with other cartridges too, on both machines.
