    automount not showing contents

    Greetings, I've been trying to get automount to work correctly. I've started the daemon and made changed to auto_master, but whenever to go to my mounted directory, I am unable to see any files. Any suggestions as to which files I need to alter?

    I have an oracle admin who requested that I make some raw volumes for him. But he wants the raw volumes to be changed from block files to character files. I'm not sure which set of commands would do that. Any ideas?
