My clients connect to my server perfectly, as long as I not restrict port range (e.g. to 5000 - http://www.microsoft.com/com/wpaper/dcomfw.asp). In this case I always get the message rpc server unavailable. I tried most everything ... dcomcnfg, regedt32. First protocol is tcp/ip. Any hints...
