2AM at my organization was a yawner. Exchange 5.5 and Win2000 servers. NO PROBLEMS so far. All we did was apply OS fixes (used the intelliadmin fix for the 2000 stuff) and printed off reference copies of about 20 calendars (both private and public folder based).
