    Unable to locate index 'default' on table

    I created a table w9smsp with index k-w9smsp. But when I run my progress program, I got this error Unable to locate index 'default' on table 'w9smsp' for procedure 'w9sm001.p'. (7967) Can anyone tell me what does this error mean? Thanks.
