Yes, I have a couple hundred users, workstations are kept up to date from desktop support department. There are no errors when accessing documents, just the annoying login dialog box for any Microsoft excel, word, infopath, ppt, etc. that is opened for edit.

In the prep to fix the DST debacle - we noticed that our document library posts, list edits, etc. were being timestamped 1 hour earlier than posted. We applied the OS KB928388 DST patch - no change, then applied the sharepoint services DST patch - KB924881 - reboot - no change.
