    Phaser 6120 not recognizing new cartridge

    Hi, I have a phaser 6120 that won't recognize a new black cartridge. I've tried everything I could find on Xerox's site. It was OK for a few weeks, now its back to asking for a new cartridge again. It is printing fine. TIA
