    I am fairly new to struts, I have a question regarding importing a taglib. I have seen two ways people import taglibs: 1. <%@ taglib uri="http://struts.apache.org/tags-bean" prefix="bean" %> 2. <@ taglib uri="WEBINF/tlds/bean.tlds prefix="bean" %> What is the difference between the two?
