Hi Werner,
I don't know what ALC stands for but I guess it should be something as Analog(!)Line Card or something alike (yes the lines are analog). The system also handles a digital E1 line but I guess that has nothing to do with what I need to solve.
We have a problem here... I don't have any...
Hi Werner,
I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Where are you from?
First of all, thank you for all your valuable answers to my questions.
This time I got lost into the explanation. Perhaps I was not clear, or may be what I need to do is not so easy to achieve.
This Philips system has room for...
Hi,
I need to what OMs should I use to redirect all the incoming calls from an external line to a branch (DNR?) or group of DNRs.
Thanks in advance,
Mauricio.
When you set the traffic permissions for a branch with the setfrc command you must specify Day/Night Up/Down Traffic values... Where or how do you specify the Day/Night intervals and what does Up/Down refer to?
Thanks in advance,
Mauricio.
Hi,
I'd like to know how to set and reset a branch derivation (ie. boss to secretary) lets say a call reachs extension 4640 and if nobody answers it, automatically redirect the call to, lets say, extension 4601.
I'd also like to know what derivations are enabled.
Thanks in advance,
Mauricio.

Hi,
I'm a total newcomer to the Sopho iS3030 and I have no technical reference. To begin with, I'd like to know what command lets set the system date and time. Thanks in advance,
Mauricio.
PS: I have a PC with the 2.0 management software (1995) connected to the Sopho's programming port.
