Phaser 550 - 2 printers with same error code at same time
I switched the imaging unit between the two printers but I switched two fusers between them. I guess its safe to say the fusers are not the problem. With one imaging unit between the 2 printers, the imaging unit could be the problem except, as far as I know based on info found on this forum, the...- b550p

Phaser 550 - 2 printers with same error code at same time
Phaser 550-1 was main color laser printer and worked fine when last used about 1-1/2 - 2-1/2 years ago. Phaser 550-2 was a back up hardly ever used since purchased used. Today I decided to use Phaser 550-1 and got an error 12 message. I switched imaging unit and fuser to Phaser 550-2, not used...- b550p
