    Embedded Openoffice Objects

    HI I am trying to extract embedded openoffice objects like a spreadsheet from a word doc that has been opened in openoffice. What I really would like to do is find the objects and have them open in thier own application i.e. calc, impress ect can anyone help or advise me with this many thanks
