so if you use not ready and then the activity code, the only to come out of this state is by becoming ready again? If this is the case then calls are waiting, and you become ready then the agent would get a call straight away right?
Is there anyway to capture an activity code entered whilst makeing an outbound call?
I know we can add an activity code during an inbound call, we can see how long the call was etc, but when an activity code is entered during an outbound call the code is not captured.
