syslog stopped in solaris 7
Hi, Does anyone know how to restart the syslog in solaris 7?? Now and again we noticed that the /var/adm/messages logs were not being updated. I have tried to restart the syslogd daemon by typing /etc/init.d/syslogd stop and /etc/init.d/syslogd start ( this didn't work). I tried also to kill...- SweepsY

Hi LoadedMind, This is what I used for Solaris 8.
