Mike, Thanks for your quick response. I have been testing all day and I actually opened a case with Microsoft. Their first recommendation was to Disable Turn on Classic Shell, but this was not configured and made no difference. I Enabled Turn on Classic Shell and changed Load a specific visual...- JC214
