    I recently used HP WJA to upgrade the firmware on several of our printers. I have three 24xx printers (a 2420 and two 2430), I upgraded one 2430 and the 2420 printer firmware. Both of these will sometimes for no obvious reason freeze and report a service error 49 ff04. The other 2430 is fine...
