    Mail Merge from Access to word

    I am trying to merge a percent from Access into the Word document and it is showing up as a decimal instead of the percent. How can I get this to show "43.5%" instead of "0.435%" in Word? Do I have to change the database or the merged document? thanks!

    run time error 429

    I am getting this error when I try to run my switchboard, "Runtime Error '429' active X component cannot create object" Any clues to how I can solve this problem please let me know! Thanks!!
