I mean they are the actul extension of the person. Does the first number not matter? If i were to assign one of those 3XXX numbers to an extension could I just put in their actual extension?

    DID numbers

I just put all the numbers from 3000-3100 into the 7600 command. It came out with a bunch of the extensions starting with 5. So for example my extension is 2262 and it would show up as 5262. I can figure that out... but I did come up with about 10 numbers that started to a 2. They are the actual...

    DID numbers

Cool! I think I figured it out (thanks to you guys). So when I do cmd 7600 and type in the last 4 of a DID or even our main number (6111), I get an output starting with 5XXX. Those last 3 numbers in 5XXX are the last 3 numbers of each person's extension. For example, my DID is 3054 and when I...

    DID numbers

Ok so I just did the 10 command got this: 10>0001>f2233 10>0002>F2154 So they are not in order it seems like. Also our main number is 850-6111 but all our direct line numbers are 458-XXXX. The extension f2233 (in bin 0001) has a DID of 458-3052. Any idea what's going in there?

    DID numbers

Well last company I worked for we had a list of BIN #s which corrisponded to DID #s. We would keep a list of which ones were already assigned. This company I work for now does not have any type of documentation. I need a way to figure out which numbers I are used and which ones I can give out.

    Problems on one extension

We have the 2000IVS system at my company. All the sudden one of the extensions is having problems. What happends when I pick up the phone there is no dial tone. I unplug the phone, wait a little bit, plug it back in and I get a dial tone but then after setting the phone back down the light for...

    OWA DNS setting

I setup OWA on our exchange server. The URL is mail.progressiveintl.com and that was working fine from outside of our LAN, but from inside it would not get there. So I added a new lookup zone of progressiveintl.com and addd an A Host record that points mail.progressiveintl.com to our exchange...
