    Move a subsite to be the top level site?

    Hello! I have a WSSv3 set of sites that consists of a top level site and 2 subsites. I would like to scrap the top level site and move one of the subsites to the top level. e.g. Move http://myserver/sites/subsite to http://myserver/ Thanks in advance!
