    Browser Issue?

    I created an animation with paint shop pro 9.0 and animation shop 3.11 it looks great when I preview it in animation shop but when I preview it through IE 7 it looks choppy the bottom half doesnt keep up with the top half. Can anyone help me with this? PLEASE!
