OK, so I have a customer who for some reason cannot log into their BCM 400. The software is 3.7. Is there a way to reset the ee_admin password back to default? At this point I've been told that I have to replace the hard drive. This isn't really an acceptable solution. Any help is appreciated.
I have an MICS with 7.1 software. I need to downgrade to 3.0. Is this even possible? If so, is there a special procedure I need to follow, and what is it?
I also just finished setting up centralized VM with 2 bcm 50's for a customer, and it's working great. You must have MCDN and Q.SIG keycodes for BOTH bcm's.
