Calculate hours and minutes on escalated tickets
CR 7 - I need to find the time in hours and minutes between the time that a ticket was elevated and the time that the ticket was put in status of "WIP", unfortunately not all 2nd level will handle the ticket in the same manner - so the formula gets complicated - If status = Group...- fizzel1
