On a HP9000 N4000-65 server, I have multiple ioscan processes hung. Everytime I issue the command, "ioscan -fn" it hangs and the process(s) can not be killed from another shell using kill -9.
On a Itanium rx6600, the same this is happening with the df command. It just hangs and cannot be killed...
I installed the DST patch to reflect the new DST/PST times on my three HP systems. The time is correct on the systems. However, times captured in the /var/adm/cron/log are one hour behind.
Cron is either starting one hour off or recording it that way.
Any help? How do I fix?

Over the weekend I moved the two crontab files that were is the crontab directory up a level and renamed with a .bak as an extension. I was supprised to see that the cron jobs still ran. I finally had to kill the crond in order to stop them from executing at all.

Using glance plus, I see that one or two of my disks are maxing out at 100% I/O. These are in a va7410 array, RAID 1+0. How can I spread this across additional disks to improve performance. Is there any tool/utility to see how the striping is actually laid out?
