    i tried putting the text in a new layer and it still seems to be affected by the underlying layer's object's text wrap. what am i missing?

    I am looking to add descriptive text on top of an image that has text wrap attributed to it. How do I create text fields that are not affected by this text wrap? Is it possible? Any ideas would be most appreciated.
