It would be difficult to say, I suggest you install Base NSM onto the server and install EM (Event Management) trap for the event that fails and post the actual event message. Then I'll be able to assit, also which version of URC are you refering to?- EITMSpecialist

Sorry, unfortunately you will not be allowed to download ANY CA software without licences, we are very strict with this and you have to buy the product in order to use it. You can however apply for CA courses in order to get a full Unicenter perspective. CA EITM Specialist.- EITMSpecialist
